Service Description

Small group personal training sessions with the Train at the Hub team. These sessions are designed to supplement your own workout program with whole body strength training. Sessions are suitable for all levels, the trainer will adapt each class to suit your needs. 3 participants maximum to ensure every person gets a hands on and personalised approach. Note: Sessions will begin as Wednesday lunchtimes with the aim to add more days, as well as lunchtimes and evenings in the near future.
