About Holly

"I have been in the industry for just over 10 years now and I have learnt that I love nothing more than helping people to feel better about themselves by guiding them to accomplish their goals, grow with confidence and helping them input key factors to support a healthy lifestyle.

I am a massive advocate for approaching life in a holistic way. I believe that when starting your journey it’s important to take into consideration not just your physical body but also your mental and emotional state too. As when all of these factors are in good form, things will naturally fall into place.

My job is to empower you to get to where you want to be, whether that's increasing strength, improving mobility, reaching fitness goals or general mindset, no matter what level we all start somewhere.

I love to see people thrive and their confidence skyrocket during their journey to becoming their highest selves. I ensure every session is challenging yet enjoyable as we all have to have a little fun too. My main specialities are pre/post-natal, strength and conditioning and Olympic lifting."
